I would like to report that I initiated a replacement request for my new Apple iPhone (Order ID - OD[protected] immediately after it was delivered on Nov 3. Despite numerous follow-ups through calls and chats with Flipkart support, supervisors, and technical associates, they are refusing to replace the defective product.
The delivered device has a confirmed manufacturing defect, as documented in the job sheet from Apple’s authorized service centre. Despite this confirmation, Flipkart is denying the replacement. As a premium account holder, I’m facing harassment from Flipkart’s support team, including call disconnections, lack of follow-up, and unprofessional behaviour. They also refuse to acknowledge the Apple-authorized job sheet. This situation serves as a warning to Apple customers buying on Flipkart.
Despite my persistent efforts since November 3, I have not received any resolution. The initial ticket was closed without my consent, and when I raised a new ticket, its resolution date was intentionally delayed until November 10, which is the last date for replacement.
This deliberate delay, despite proper documentation, indicates a passive refusal to approve the replacement. I urgently request you to end this prolonged denial and take appropriate action by approving an immediate replacement of the defective item. Failing this, I may be forced to seek shelter under legal recourse.
