Flipkart — I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers and Consumer Electronics

The issue that I have experienced was: Recently i had purchased a lenovo ideapad gaming 3 laptop from flipkart before delivery i talked so many times with flipkart support thier response remains unprofessional everytimeI elaborated my query to customer support but they response you can buy laptop from another site .

It occurred on: 24/08/2021

I m attaching my invoice flipkart where i wanted to add my gst number to renew my invoice .please do the needful for the consumer

I WANTED TO CLAIM GST WHICH IS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN I ORDERED THE LAPTOP PLEASE RENEW MY INVOICE WITH MY GST NUMBER PLEASE DO NEEDFUL FOR YOUR CONSUMERS AND REPLY BACK WITH E MAIL ID.. [protected]@gmail.com .

I m trying to connect with flipkart they just wasting my times auto replies I call several times to flipkart customer care they can't connect me ..return policy will end in 31 August.. As per policy that they will not accept the product. Please do needful for me.

Hello sir /madam
i got a call from flipkart they told me that i added 3 year flipkart protection plan that's why i cant claims gst but as per law we can claims gst in any electronic product how they merge the 3 year policy plan with my product ..They don't try to understand the my query after that they disclosed my problem without solving ..
