[Resolved]  Flipkart — incorrect product delivered by flipkart.

I have ordered "realme 3" mobile on flipkart on 26 march they have delivered the product on 28 march. When i switch on the mobile when home screen came then i have try to open the an application then app was not opening properly and screen stop working so on 28th march i have requested for replacement.
Flipkart people call me and gave me technician visit time on 2nd april they have cancelled that appointment then gave me another date on 3rd april but today on my flipkart showing "technician has visited and resolved my problem" but technician did not come today. So today have to request for replacement again and they are giving last date for replacement is 7th april. I have waited on 2nd and 3rd april my whole time got wasted and they are starting the same loop again and i have to wait again i feel like flipkart people mentally harassing me. If 7th april will get pass then god's knows they will replace my mobile or not.
So please look my issue.

I don't know how much time you are going to take for revert. please give me a time limit for this problem. I have no mobile and you are taking a lot of time so please give me a time limit .
