Dear sir/maam,

I have recently bought an iphone 8 from flipkart and the unit came out to be a faulty out of the box, the screen touch isn't working properly all the time.
I raised this issue with flipkart and asked for a replacement however they redirected me to visit nearest service center for device related issue.
I therefore visited apple authorised service center "treasor imagine" and explained the issue. After they perform a diagnosis of the device, they declared that the screen has some intermittent touch issue and i can either send it for a repair or contact flipkart for a replacement.
Therefore i denied for the repair as the device is under 10 day return period i asked them to provide a replacement job sheet and they provided the same and asked me to share it with flipkart in order to get my device replaced.
It's been almost 10 days and i have been continuously contacting flipkart with the replacement job sheet and they everytime came up with different excuses and denying to provide a replacement.
I hereby looking forward for your assistance and to get a proper resolution for this issue.

Updated by Abhijeet_21 Hello! This is to acknowledge that I got a call from a no. [protected] saying he's from Flipkart and want to provide a refund for the issue I have raised regarding the mobile in consumercomplaints.in, he also knew the imei no. as well of the iPhone and asked for my credit card details and I mistakenly shared all the details except cvv no.
Within few mins I have received an otp for a transaction of 13000 rs.
I'm pretty sure that this has been done by one of the flipkart executive!
Really didn't expected this!
Please do necessary investigation regarding this fraudulent as well that was about to happen!

Updated by Abhijeet_21 Wait! I'm not done yet, you didn't answered my 2nd query, how someone got the data of this complaint even the imei of the iPhone I purchased from you.!
It's clear that flipkart or executives work here are involve in scam calls!
