Flipkart — Issues with a new Moto G device

My friend had purchased a Moto G (16 Gig) on my behalf from flipkart. I t was working fine till the time I connected to a desktop. It switches off automatically also if I try to use an OTG device with a file manager the same issue persists of getting switched off. There was also another issue that had popped up from the time of the purchase, I had always felt that the charger port was not very firm as the plug would come out from time to time, so I did a little comparison with other Moto G devices and came to a conclusion that the problem only persisted on my particular device. I would request the customer service department to either replace the device as the present one is faulty. The IMEI number of the device are as follows : [protected] and [protected].
