[Resolved]  Flipkart — Item missing in my order

I ordered LG 1.5 Ton 3 star AC on 11th may and got delivery on 19th may, In the delivery i only got outdoor Unit of AC, Indoor unit of AC was missing since then I have been trying to contact the customer care but unable to contact them, Please Send me Indoor unit of the AC Before Ending the summer season

I applied for a replacement but the date they are giving me to pickup my order is 8th june and then they will send me a replacement which will be approximately delivering to me by 20th june, it will be 1 month procedure which is too long so i want my refund not a Replacement. Kindly update my request and provide me a refund.

You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
