Purchased an LG air conditioner from Flipkart and I got the product on April 21 (Order id: OD[protected]. While checking the installation details on Flipkart, I found that the installation date is scheduled for 23 April. Till now I have waited almost 7 days for the installation after getting the product.
I have contacted the Flipkart customer team to schedule the installation date, and also I tried to contact the Jeeves team for the same. The Jeeves team told me that I needed to contact the Flipkart team for installation-related queries. Many times I've contacted Flipkart customer care to escalate the issue and the Flipkart head team will contact me and rectify my issue within 48 hours. But still, i didn't get a call from the Flipkart head team.
I thought that I could put a request to the LG or Urban Clap team for the installation because they will do that within 2 days. So I discussed this with the Flipkart team, and the executive told me that, if I install the AC by the lg service team, then the return policy will be canceled. Till today no solution.
