Hi Flipkart
I purchased a motorola edge 20 fusion on 21st september and delivered on 29th of september.It was a replacement Device. Order Id is OD[protected]. I have a complete mobile protection plan activated on that. Unfortunately my mobile fell down and claimed my plan with jeeves on 8th october and it is registered.I have made the one time payment of 1500 also with the payment link given by jeeves on october 9th after verification of mobile is done with all necessary documents.
Today is November 03rd but there is no response from jeeves and no one cares about my situation. I have launched compliant with flipkart 15 days ago and they said they are following up after so many followups by me flipkart 3 days back has called me and said we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and told me to wait for 2 more days and if any response is not there from jeeeves we will refund 70% of the mobile amount.It has been 3 days but I didnt get any response.
It is nearing one month from the promise stated by jeeves of 15 days. I have paid amount for complete mobile protection plan as well one time fee but either flipkart nor jeeves is not taking it seriously.
approaching your customer care is another hectic task. have to arrange call back explain everything to junior he will after halfenhr will try to connect senior they will be busy and they said they arrange call back. I dont know when they will call.
In any case if the signal went off for sec will miss their call. There will be no mail communication also.
I want my issue to be resolved at the earliest.This merely comes under cheating of persons money in lieu of providing false services.
If in case of refund you can add that amount to the flipkart wallet also. There is no issue. If not I will provide bank account details but make sure my issue is resolved asap.
Hoping flipkart will not cheat its own plus customers
