I had ordered lg tv from flipkart on 11.06.2017 and got it delivered on 12.06.2017. On 14.06.2017 it was installed. During installation i checked that serial no. Mentioned on the invoice sent by flipkart was not matching with the serial no. As mentioned on tv and it's packing.
This is surely going to impact if i take it for some warranty issue as without proof of proper serial no. No body will provide warranty.
I contacted flipkart customer care team and they advised to me resent the tv and take the refund. But i asked for replacement as i have to suffer from mental trauma during the whole process of sending tv back, getting a refund, placing new order and it's installation.
Why should i go through this mental ordeal with no of my mistake?
Due to seller issue i have to suffer a lot and go through all these things.
Flipkart is saying they can't provide any other solution.
