[Resolved]  Flipkart — Lifelong LLGS23 Glass Manual Gas Stove

I order a stove on 1st august, after delaying me for a week, I received a message of cancellation and apology regarding my order on 8th august.I reordered another stove on 9th august, after delaying me for week and filing lots of complaints against the delivery agency(ekart) and delivery agent, It has been 18th August today and I have no clue about my order. Am getting missed calls of 1-2 seconds from the customer helpline to maintain their records that they tried to contact me, but that is a fake story. I have talked to the customer service thrice and more and i have been assured my issue will be resolved by resolving they mean it will be canceled in the end. If they can’t deliver and don’t have certain objects, what’s the point of fooling customers and wasting their time and money? There was an extremely urgent need of it and that’s why i ordered it. I waited impatiently for more than two weeks and these people have been faking and fooling about the delivery. I got out for delivery messages everyday and by evening it was like sorry couldn’t deliver will deliver tomorrow. After constantly receiving these messages i tried to contact the delivery agent, He didn’t picked up my calls and his number stayed busy or on divert almost all time. I got to talk to him once on saturday and he said mam sorry not today but definitely you will get your order tomorrow ie. on sunday till 5pm. And had no clue about any delivery till now. Such a poor services of ekart and flipkart. They fool people and then don’t deliver products and very smartly they miss called me to maintain their records. I got an email by Shouryayan Basak(flipkart customer support) of telling me that they tried to contact me and they couldn’t which is literally a fake conspiring action. As a permanent customer of flipkart am very disappointed and I will take this issue to the court with all the proofs and calls recorded.
