Flipkart Lite Explore Plus — I want refund of 399 rupees

I saw a ad on Instagram about firebolt dream watch for 399 I got excited and I ordered it as the website was looking completely genuine but when I browsed the flipkart app I saw that the deal wasn't there I got scammed I really want my 399 rupees back and website is completely fake nothing works on the website as well.please help me and please catch those fraudsters I have attached sites screenshot and my payment screenshot
