Flipkart — login access to my account blocked by flipkart

Flipkart has blocked my account. There are many pending orders to be completed and I can not access and track them. Also there is credit balance in my Flipkart account but I can't login it. I am contacting Flipkart customer care but they are not helping. They are giving many reasons without any proof. They are saying that the account has been blocked because there were irregularities in payment method. However there is no irregularities in payment method. I have been making payment on flipkart through the same payment method for long time. Please help Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 06, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi Mohammad, We'd like to let you know that our systems have detected irregularities in the payment method used for this order. We always ensure that the transactions made using online payment methods are authorized and secure; this is for account security. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Nov 06, 2019 Updated by ziafatah There had been no irregularities in payment method as stated by Flipkart. The same payment method I have been using for all my orders on Flipkart. There is credit balance and ongoing orders that I can't access. Unlock my account
