Flipkart — MARQ Ac service and repairing

Hello Sir/ Madam,

We have purchased a Marq AC from Flipkart on April 24th and the Order id is "OD[protected]". After 3 months of minimal usage, the AC stops working and it is still under a warranty period of 1 year from Jeeves Consumer Service. It is an H11 communication issue in the inverter AC and after multiple calls technician visited my location twice and took the photos but fail to repair it. After a few days, the technician dialed us saying the outdoor card is burned and may take a little more time to fix it. After multiple emails and calls, they say it can't be repaired under warranty. I'm really annoyed with their service and it's been only 3 months and the product is under the warranty period but still, no action is taken.

Just want to update that no one from Flipkart or MARQ had contacted me on this. A multiple mails and calls are going in vein everyday.

Marq 1.5 Ton AC purchased through Flipkart.com vide our order No.OD[protected] Dt.08.09.21 has stopped working. It is not getting switched on. Please provide repair service.
AC vide order No.OD[protected] stopped working. This is under warranty. Please arrange for a service engineer.
