[Resolved] Flipkart — Mismatch of serial number on printer and invoice

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have issue with my printer when I contacted to hp printer support then they let me know about mismatch of serial number on printer and invoice. There is mismatch of serial number what is on the printer (CN09A4A43J) and what is on the invoice (YMKSB8004M). please correct this issue as soon as possible and provide me correct invoice with serial number what is on the printer, otherwise they will not provide hp support assistance. I am the Plus Member of Flipkart and I tried to contact through flipkart chat support four times on 22th August also but they didn't help me out. If you will not correct this issue then I'll leave flipkart permanently and never buy from flipkart and also sue on you in consumer forum about this Fraud.

Finally I get the refund in my Bank Account. thanks to Flipkart support that to keep my trust on Flipkart. thanks to https://www.consumercomplaints.in site through which I could register my complaint.

We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund of Rs. 4849/- has been completed on 13 Sep 21 and should be reflecting in your account by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number[protected] using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
