I am a flipkart plus member, I have ordered groceries total 19 items, (Order ID - OD[protected] the delivery boy came with 18 items on 30th August 2022, and there was 1 item missing i.e. Amul pure ghee 1 L. When i enquired the delivery agent about it, he said 1 item is missing and I can raise complaint since he was not ready to take action at his end. He asked me to take photos of the delivered items and he himself took the same.
I requested for the call back on the customer support approx 2-3 times but no call back scheduled, then later i posted the same to on twitter tagging @flipkartsupport on 1st September 2022, and received a call saying the issue will be resolved soon, and they raised a return request. When i asked them why return request, when product itself was not delivered, to that they said this is the only option, you need not to return anything the seller will process the refund. The next day I got notification stating that my refund is cancelled, I again posted on twitter asking about the updates, to which a person from social media team sent me an email asking me my account details for refund, next morning again I received notification that my refund is cancelled by the seller, I again called up the support and they told me that the previous support person had put the wrong reason that is why it got cancelled, she assured me that this time i will not face any issue and she raised the request again with correct reason. Again the next morning the request cancelled by the seller, Again the same loop of customer support calls, explanation of the problem and new request, this time the SLA was set to 9th September.
Now today morning at 8th September 2022, when i opened up my flipkart app and tried login in, it says that my flipkart account is blocked
No product is delivered and no refund initiated, there is too much of mental harassment from the flipkart seller/ refund process and customer support and on raising complaint the account is blocked even though i am a flipkart plus member.
