Hi team,
I had purchased mobile from flipkart twice under their exchange policy but both time, flipkart cancelled my orders saying exchange is not possible while i was satisfying all their exchange terms and conditions.
Both time, they took more than 20 days to refund amount and wasted lot of time for follow up and communications.
Flipkart support team is behaving like robot and not helping in this matter and saying if order is cancelled, we cant do anything.
To close this issue as there is no fault my side, they offered me inr 500 which is unethical and not expected from such big companies.
Both order details mentioned below. After 1st order cancellation they ensure me it wont happen next time and requested me to order new phone.

I have attached their exchange policy and t&c. As per their t&c, i was ready to pay delta amount based old mobile conditions but then also flipkart refused and cancelled my orders.
