[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile screen not working

Sir, I have purchased realme 2 mobile from flipkart on 11/09/2018. My warranty period haven't overed yet and my mobile's screen is not displaying anything. Since my warranty period is not overed yet i request you to look in the matter and provide me a new realme 2 mobile otherwise the trust from flipkart will broke and we will not buy further anything from flipkart.com. Verified Support Aug 06, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi Kalpna, Thanks for writing in. We're sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your Realme 2 (Diamond Red, 32 GB). Since the product was delivered to you on 12 Sep 18, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorised service centre and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.
