[Resolved]  Flipkart — Moto g (3rd generation) mobile

I ordered the above mobile on 26th October 2015 and received delivery on 29th October, 2015. On activating the handset I was faced with operating system errors and registered a complain on 30th October 2015 for return and replacement of defective hand set. I received a call from their Rep on 1st November to inquire what the problem is and explained accordingly the issues with the hand set. He instructed me to download an app Smartchk and stated that a Rep will contact me the next day. On 2nd November a Rep Mr. Dayanand contacted me and briefly for 2 mins. gave me some instructions to disable some application. I requested him to call back in case the problem is not resolved. I received no follow up call and my operating system on the mobile is not resolved. I subsequently received a message stating my request for return / replacement is rejected. I need an explanation as to how my request is rejected despite hand set being defective and no explanation. I now request for a refund as the service provided is not as promised and very disappointed. I have attached photographs of Operating system error (pop ups that keep appearing). Also invoice copy and request reject for ready reference.

Spoke to customer and informed him that we have already taken request for the replacement and same will be delivered on or before Nov 09, 2015, customer agreed. Hence, closing the case.
