I purchased a Moto G from flipkart on 18th Aug 2014 (Order ID: OD[protected]) from the WS Retail seller on flipkart. After a few weeks it started having problems. At first it would be some small issues like screen becomes unresponsive or small lags. But later on apps started closing and opening on their own. The phone has also suddenly started heating up. Now a days when it is connected to the charger, it stops responding, it completely hangs up.
I had even applied for replacement but when I got a call from flipkart they first told me factory reset the phone which will solve everything. Then without bothering for confirming if my issue was solved, my replacement application got cancelled within a few hours of that same call. (Return ID: 7502899). By then 30 days were over so no new application was possible.
Now these issues have gotten way out of hand, my device's wifi wont turn on, switches off automatically, turns off when connected to charger, suddenly runs out of battery power in a few minutes, even hotspot cant be turned on.
I hope these issues will be sorted at your earliest. I want this device repaired as this still falls in your waranty period.
If no repair is possible I request you to replace the device.
