[Resolved]  Flipkart — moto g mobile problem

november 17 2014 we have taken motog mobile from flipkart.it is working fine at that time but from 2 months i am facing some problems like 1. suddenly screen touch is inactive(unable to unlock phone or operate phone), after restarting the phone after 20 minutes screen touch is active. 2.screen is going into black color, unable to view anything.restarted it for 10 to 15 minutes but no use i am unable to view anything in the mobile.i have did every instruction which provided in the moto g help but no use. at last i have formatted the phone then it was opened after 2 hrs. 3. it is a dula sim phone, always second sim is going into inactive mode. only single sim is displaying. always i want to restart the phone else have to reset the sim. after doing this upto 1 or 2 hrs 2 sims are active.but again same problem is repeated. so please resolve my issue by replacing the mobile or returning the money back. please make it fast as we are facing severe problem. name:priyanka contact no:[protected].
