I have bought a Moto G on 25th August and when the phone was delivered to me, it had a black vertical line appearing on the screen. I called Flip kart customer care and reported the issue the very next day.
They told me to reboot my phone and check if the line still appears. I did the necessary and still it did not helped.
I called them again n I was told that I will get a call with a solution as Moto G was not in stock.
Till date I have called them 'N' number of times and the only solution I get is "Our concern team will check and reach out to you". Sorry to say, I have only received messages where the solution date is getting extended, nothing else.
No calls from the "CONCERNED TEAM".
Do we really have a concerned team at Flip kart? I want my money back incase Flip kart cannot provide replacement for a phone.
If I am not getting a proper solution for this, I will make sure that I do not buy any products from Flip kart henceforth and will also suggest the same to my family members.
Please look into this as this gets really disappointing for a customer to call for such things so many times. Was this information helpful? |
