Flipkart — Moto G Phone

I bought a Moto G on 21/6/2014 form Flipkart.Billing Details are follows. Order ID: OD[protected] Order Date:[protected] Invoice Date:[protected] VAT/TIN: [protected] Service tax #: AAACW8725FSD001. On 24 Nov 2014 suddenly it stopped working, and I approached a customer care center in kochi. They told me they will register this and will return only after 15 days because the parts should come after my complaint is registered. After 15 th day they given back my phone and told the board got replaced, when I reached home I checked it and found out that it only 8GB phone. Again I went to the same service center they changed the board at that time itself. It worked fine for one week and again the sound is lost. Again i approached the same service center in kochi, they told me i have to wait for 7 days to get repaired. Why this much time required to correct the phone.
