I HAVE PURCHACED THE MOTO G 16GB MOBILE IN THE DATE OF JULY 17TH, ON SEPTEMBER 12 IT HAS A SIM 2 DISABLE PROBLEM FOUND. I ASKED FOR THE SERVICE CENTER NEAR TO MY PLACE THE FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE CONVEYED THE XPLUS COMUNICATION TRICHY. I HANDOVER MY MOBILE ON THE SAME DAY SEPTEMBER 12TH "WORK ORDER NO: RYX/MG/14/00249", AFTER THAT SEPTEMBER 24TH THE XPLUS COMMUNICATION TOLD YOUR MOBILE IS READY AND I WENT AND SAW MY MOBILE IT WAS TOO BAD IN FONT TOUCH PANEL AND DAMAGED TOUCH SCREEN I WAS SHOCKED AND TOLD THEM, THIS IS NOT MY MOBILE THEY REPLIED YOUR MOBILE HAD SERVICED AND SENT FROM FLIPKART ONLY ASK THEM OR WAIT FOR FRIDAY 26TH WE WILL ARRANGE NEW TOUCH SCREENS ON COURIER. AGAIN THEY LOGGED NEW COMPLIANT NUMBER FOR THAT PARTICULAR TOUCH SCREEN PROBLEM. "WORK ORDER NO: RYX/MG/14/00283. I AM NOT SATISFIED THE SERVICE EVEN THE PURCHASE DATE NOT EXIT 3 MONTHS...
