Flipkart — MOTOROLA E7 Power

ORDER ID OD[protected]: 16th August morning, the delivery executive had arrived to collect the phone for exchange. The phone was a Redmi Note 7 in perfect condition. The delivery person said that there is a dent (even though there was no such dent - I have photos clicked during that time as proof), and he was asking a bribe for passing the checks on his app. I refused so he was annoyed. He then asked for "some old charger if I have, no need to give new charger" - I said that flipkart has no such guidelines. He kept arguing with me for 20 minutes and deliberately failed the dent test in front of me and demanded 1350 as cash as shown on the app or else cancel the exchange and get the refund. When asking for online payment option he said that only cash is possible. I looked into his app and there was an option for payment link. I asked him to press that. Then I went inside to look for my phone. In the meantime he had cancelled that option on his app and was still asking me to check for the link. I made him press the option again and when I received it, I paid by debit card. The man was a fraud and has assisted flipkart in swindling 1350 rupees from me by lying to me. The delivery executive had wasted a total of 40 minutes of my time during work from home.

I would like flipkart to re-inspect the phone based on the images and return the money back. Note that the images have been taken at the time of delivery and have the photo of the delivery item.
