Hi, I have purchased motorola G2 last year Order Date:[protected]. It is still under warranty. However i am keep on facing problems in the phone. Mobile's board got replaced twice in the service center. Now facing batter problem. It is a defect piece and i am unable to use even 1 week continuously. I need a solution for this. I need the phone to be replaced or i will file a case in the consumer court. Is this the way u provide a product. Please provide me with a soultion. Order ID OD[protected].

Spoke to customer and requested him to co-ordinate with the brand to get his handset fixed as it is post replacement period. Customer wanted replacement, so informed him that we would not be able to offer it and needs to contact the brand for assistance. Customer agreed, So closing the case.
