I've been trying to reach flipkart customer care ([protected]@flipkart.com) for past 5 days. I've not received any response despite several emails. The phone number associated with the account is not with me anymore so cannot use that. There has not been even an acknowledgement on part of flipkart if they are looking into the issue.
Lack of even a simple acknowledgement of the complaint far from an eagerness to resolve the issue is baffling and is not expected from a company of flipkart's stature. I've tried getting hold of any other email ids that might be active but the email bounced back on a couple of them. It comes as no surprise that so many people have raised concern over flipkart's customer service. Was this information helpful? |
