I tried to contact customer support through app. I've received many calls and mails just assuring me of a solution and that concerned team will get back. It's been more than a week and there's no solution till date.
Today, I had a chat with 4 of your reps namely Dhawani amrita tamanna and bharati. All of them were as useless as it can be. How can you expect a customer to discuss an issue 4 times with every executive.
Very poor customer service.
Hope Flipkart looks into it. Or it'll lose a plus customer. Amazon customer care is better.
