Ordered carried AC on flipkart - Order Id OD[protected] .
Defect in outdoor unit found by carrier installation team and return requested on same day. Initial Technical visit was planned on 11th May. Technician didn't visit and updated as visited and refund was cancelled. Next technician visit was planned on 16th. Technician visit happened on 16th also. Flipkart not processing the refund request further.
