[Resolved]  Flipkart — Not received replacement after wrong product picked up

Address: Pune

I order OD[protected] PAMPERS Lsize 168 pieces on 26.07.2. I received delivery of 126 only. Flipkart asked return product so they arranged pickup on 31.07.21. Now they send another parcel but till date it is not received. Customer Care team so many times called given assurance about the refund which is not yet received. Parcel automatically cancelled by Flipkart today i.e.21.08.21. now they ask book again. I ordered prepaid parcel on 26.01.21 now Flipkart playing with me. Can Flipkart really want to ethical business or its just on paper.
