I have ordered "Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]" on 19th June 2021 and the delivery date was 26th June 2021. But, now it is not delivered and changed to 28th June 2021. The status shows that the product is already in Mumbai.
As per the Ekart logistics tracking status, I could see that the product reached already the nearest courier point on 24th June itself. But, it was still extended for 4 days. i.e 7+2 = 9 days.
I called up customer care to check "when the order was just taking 9 days to deliver when I order a product from the seller, why it took an additional 2 days when the product is already in my city and near the delivery place".
To resolve these glitches (b/w Flipkart & Ekart) I have to wait till 30th May. I asked to escalate to the next level and he said, my next level would give the same reply. A lady named Bharti spoke to me and said it will be delivered by 27th June.
Not sure how Flipkart is recruiting such people and assigning them to customer care and supervisor departments. God save Flipkart with such employees in customer care support.
