I had purchased a product from Flipkart by spending Rs.4180/-
It is found out to be a duplicate product as the box provided was of cheap quality and the MRP label is all almost faded.
I requested for a replacement which was rejected by the flipkart logistics team, they didn't even call me about it or they tried to reach my home for the replacement.
I called to the customer support, speaking about flipkart customer support, it is really frustrating to the core . I have to raise a callback request and they call me and while I explain the concern the call gets dropped and nobody will call me back. Very poor service I would say. I have to place a call back request again which will connect me to a new agent and I had to end up explaining my concern to him/her again, This literally repeated for 5-10 times in a time span of 1-2hrs.
Some how I managed to raise a return request agian and the pickup has to be done, but to my surprise the pickup is again rejected by the logistics team which even contacting me or coming to home. I again went through all the trauma of raising repeated call back requests and tried to complain the same to the senior executives. Every one say sorry and comes up as if this issue doesn't even exist.
I requested the return 3 times and it was rejected by logistics team all three times and also hell lot of issues I faced with the customer support.
Its been a month since I am trying to return the product and I don't know whats wrong with flipkart.
Being a customer, I have invested lot of time trying to connect to flipkart and underwent trauma and frustration with the level of service they provided.
Please consider this as a complaint on flipkart and help me with some resolution
