I have ordered thomson 123.2cm (49 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart android tv on 19th march 2020 and there was delay in delivering the product and when i saw the status it was showing order cancelled on 28th may 2020. I raised a complaint with customer support team, they asked me to wait for 2day will do the needful, but i didn't get any resolution from support team. I raised more complaint on that same issue then i got call from flipkart backend team and they asked me to cancel the order. I said i don't want to cancel my order. I paid 2nd installment and now 3rd installment is on due. I have been contacting support team since last few weeks and they are not providing any satisfied response. On 28th may 2020 they cancelled my order, even i paid 2 installments.
Even i asked backend team to connect me with there senior team or escalation team, but they dinied to help me with that. This is how customer support team and the logistic team are behaving and acting with customers. I asked them to forward my concern to the higher level and they said support team will contact me within 48 hrs and still they are not responding.
From date of order, they are extending delivery date l.
