I ordered BIBA Women Striped High low kurta for 800 rupees on 4th October For which I called so many times to Ekart logistics and talked with flipkart customer care so many time, every time they kept promising me that your order will be delivered to you don't worry as your address is right and other products you order with this have also got delivered so your address is not wrong it's operational problem from our side. I visited Ekart logistics office two times.
Now all of sudden in the morning I received email saying this "We're sorry to let you know that your order OD[protected] for the below listed items was cancelled by the seller as their partnered courier service provider is currently unable to deliver to your address. If you like, you may place a new order for the product, the seller will work with the courier service provider to ensure the product reaches you"
Now if I place new order it will cost me 2500 rupees. Wasted so much of time and didn't received the product and now saying that you can place new order. So lost all the offers and my time & efforts. It feels like together you guys are making us fool. Once you said customer didn't responded when you didn't even try to reach. Then address is wrong whereas same person delivered my other products which was ordered together, they you guys faced operational issue and now cancelled product.
I need compensation for this.
