I have ordered one Springtek Dreamer mattress from Flipkart on 29th July 2021 with replacement policy of 10 days and payed Rs 9791 through card. The product got delivered on 5th Aug 2021 to me. I faced issue with quality, foam and zip of the mattress and raised return/replacement request after 4 days. Post that i received call from Sprintek and guy ensured me for the replacement. But after 2 days, i got msg of rejection of replacement request. Post that i have words in Flipkart customer care and they gave me assurance to resolve the issue and raised another replacement request. But after 2 days this request also has been rejected. I again called flipkart customer care and again they give assurance to resolve the issue by raising another return request. The new request also got rejected without technician visit in 3 days. The repeated replacement requests has been raised 5 time and all got rejected on next day of technician visit day, however no technician visited my site till now. Now i am hopeless with Flipkart because customer care giving false commitment and rejecting requests from backend.
Now i don't want this product anymore and need my money back. Was this information helpful? |
