[Resolved] Flipkart — Order No. OD[protected] Moto G (3rd Generation)

Dear Sir / Madam, I had ordered for one MotoG (3rd Gen) mobile phone on 29th July'15. I received the delivery today, i.e.31/7/15. On opening the package, to my surprise, I found the mobile phone missing from the box. Rest of the accessories including the booklets were intact. The Flipkarts outer carton was seal packed. But the original box inside the outer carton was open. I immediately called up Customer Service on[protected] and lodged a complaint. This tampering with the packaging has really shaken me up and I wonder how safe and reliable online shopping is? Consumers can be really taken for a ride with these type of thefts happening. Hence, request you to look into the matter and send me a replacement at the earliest.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Resolution: Spoke to customer he told the outer box was sealed and the inner box was not packed only he found the accessories but the phone was not available. Apologized for inconvenience caused and told him already the replacement is shipped and will be delivered on or before promise date closing the case.
