Where is my order flipkart??? I order (Moto one power) on 11th oct actually delivery date was 17th oct. I received a message saying my order will be delivered on 14th oct sunday i waited for the phone call from delivery agent no one call me and in the evening received message saying address incomplete, wtf!! I received all the orders that i placed online on the same address that i provided to flipkart, i called that delivery guy and asked for my order, he said he wasn't on work today (Sunday) he don't know why his number was update for delivery. No help. So i called up customer service they said they will try delivery my order on next working day, i told them there isn't any problem with my address. I never received a call from delivery agent they apologize blah blah blah.. Next day monday i called that delivery agent he said he is going to office and will check about it. But no news about my order, so i called up flipkart customer, they said your order will be deliver on 17th, i said okay i will wait. Nothing happened in happened on 17th. I called flopkart customer service they said the same your address was incomplete, i told them more 20times that my address is correct i never received a call from the delivery agent, again same thing apologize blah blah blah no help. I called up dotzot they told me same thing address incomplete i told them the same thing. Address is correct your delivery agent didn't call me and he doesn't even know that why his number was update for sunday delivery, again apologize blah blah.. I asked where is order now, they told your order is at mahipalpur, even the flipkart customer service told me that my order is mahipalpur, i told my address is in mahipalpur my order is in mahipalpur why it is too difficult to deliver my order, dotzot guy told me that they are waiting for flipkart order to proceed with the delivery. Called up flipkart no help, all they want is more time and they want us to fill the survey. Am tried of giving strongly disagree to the agents. I already paid for my order till today no news no update and they want time till 23rd oct, said it will be resolve before 1pm. Am still waiting.. 23rd oct will be last i gave more time to flipkart, what they did was they provide flase information to their customers. Big billion day is over flipkart owner busy counting the money, don't even bother what's going on with customer order. Please deliver my before 23rd oct. Was this information helpful? |
