I ordered a washing machine. Paid in advance in full.
Product came to my city. Every day i get sms out for delivery but gets post-poned for next day. This happened two days.
On third day after checking into the ekart office, the product moved out for delivery in night 8:00 pm. At 9:00 pm after an hour, it got cancelled automatically.
Ekart says that flipkart cancelled.
Flipkart say that ekart emailed that they could not contact the customer (False statement - they spoke to me all three days but could not deliver.) Was this information helpful? |
If the statement given by seller / logistics is wrong you may go to consumer court to explore the feasible solution is this regard.
