[Resolved]  Flipkart — pathetic customer service by flipkart

For my account id [protected]@yahoo.co.in, flipkart have not denied me for unusual high numbers of order placed but now they are denying high numbers of return (Without mentioning exact numbers), becoz they received money from me as its all prepaid orders!! What rubbish they are talking! I am demanding from flipkart, how many number of return orders and how many numbers of orders i have placed? I want exact numbers. And i want proof from their policy which says that customer can place high numbers orders but can't return high numbers orders. When the seller is delivering low quality defective products then who has given them right for not to accept return request? Is this what flipkart buyers protection policy? How can i trust flipkart saying that all my refunds been given when their policy are only for their company oriented? They are not even sending emails of orders nor return and refund orders! I am not accepting any of their explanation except they better should act on what i have previously asked for; unblocking of my account so that i can trace my refunds also return unwanted products plus i am demanding compensation for the mental agony u have created and creating to me.

This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Also, we would like to let you know that as per the shared order ID OD[protected], we see that the refund has been completed on 12 Oct 19 and should be reflecting in your source account by now.

For ur kind information that from now onwards I don't want to purchase any from ur site as it was very horrible experience with ur policies previously. And why should I trust ur word and how as u are only telling that all refunds has been completed but not giving any paper proof for that. I am demanding paper proof of what you are saying. Show me my all order which were prepaid and return orders and their refunds in my email ID then and then only I can believe about my refund as there is no other way to track my refunds as you have never communicated through email regarding this, that's why I have to rely on my account which u have illegally blocked. U can stop transactions i[censored] fear of me doing it which is in fact my worst nightmare to shop on ur site or at least its ur duty to send emails regarding all orders, refund and returns which u haven't done so far.
You can't just talk me that you have refunded my money. I want proof. I don't have trust on you as u have taken my money through prepaid orders and now refusing returns and nor giving me the exact details of my refunds.
Why you haven't detected high numbers of orders in first site? Why didn't you blocked my account then? Just because I have already paid for them!
Just stop talking nonsense things and give me materialistic proof of my all orders, and return from it and refund of return products.
