I am greatly disappointed by the recent conduct of Flipkart. Without prior notification, they unilaterally shifted the EMI payment date from the 5th to the 2nd of the month. Consequently, I received a call on the 4th demanding payment, despite still being under the impression that the payment was due on the 5th, as per their previous communication via WhatsApp. This lack of transparency and inconsistency is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the accessibility issues plaguing their customer service helplines only exacerbate the problem.
