Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the reference number (067304) using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.

Updated by u_goel Its not about the refund but its about the AC. Firstly you say that due to the nationwide lockdown you were not able to deliver the product, so what you waana say about when the AC was shipped from the Gururam to Lucknow. All the updates, processing for the AC was already completed. Was then there was no lockdown??
Further when I was booking the AC then was my address was not visible to the seller or you?? Then what you waana say about it if it were to the nationwide lockdown then howcome you could do the bookings for the AC for my address.
If it was due to lockdown then you should not have done the bookings as you won't be able to deliver at my location but then also you dit it.
Moreover it is already displayed at you homepage that we are delivering all the items not only essentials but all the items at your pincode(226018). So howcome you can say that we cannot deliver the item.
Further, I have recieved an email from flipkart at 29 May at 8.55 pm that due to logistical constraints your item was not delivered on 29 May but will be delivered on 30 May so what about it, it was also wrong?? Was then also there was no lockdown?
Firstly if you don't want to deliver at my location so you should not have booked it. Why you have waisted my time at such high time(hot weather) and then just upon completion of whole proceedings for the AC when it has already reached to the lucknow hub you just cancelled for the delivery giving some rubbish reason.
You just have waisted my time and money in such high time and you just simply say I am sorry for the trouble caused. Did you really mean that?

I have also called your support team even they were also not cooperating and they keep me at hold when I said them to connect to higher authorities and after sometime just cut the call. What kind of this behaviour is this?
You Flipkart is such a big company and this kinda behavior was really not expected from you. I really have a good opinion about your company and always advised others also but now this incident has narrowed down my approach. Really now I am so much angry and frightened as now I don't know what to do?
I don't want the refund, I want the AC to be deliver at my location as early as possible.
