i have ordered a krx 50kg combo 2-wb home gym kit on 16th october 2018. Delivery was expected by 28th oct 2018.
I got a call from customer service to cancel the product as they are unable to deliver the product due to some issues from their end. On 3rd nov i have got an cancellation confirmation email from flipkart, stated "we're sorry to let you know that your order was cancelled by the seller headlyfitness as they weren't able to ship your item on time.
We'd like to let you know that the seller has refunded the amount to my card and it will be credited in 9 business days as per standard banking process".
And now 2 days back i have received the item and immediately i raised a complain and requested return of the same. But flipkart customer care is refusing to return it and blaming me for the issue denying the cancellation.
