[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product I ordered was Missing and now Flipkart is asking for Photo ID and other documents for verification and I don't find it saf

I ordered boat airpodes 402 from Flipkart and i found that item was Missing in the box. I initiated a return requested and then got a message after few days that i need to send my Photo id for third party verification which I don't think is safe. And there was nothing as before. I want refund or my product asap.
