[Resolved] Flipkart — product is not been delivered

I have ordered a product in flipkart on 3rd march and the promise date was 7th march but i have not received the product till now when ever i am calling to cs they are just saying the due to unforeseen issue they are not delivering the product itseems. I have been waited for this much long period but still the product is not been delievered. Order id - od[protected]

Updated by gane13579 Flipkart has sent me a mail stating that i am unable to reach. And asked me to send me alternative mobile number to the mail. But i got a mail stating that [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use. Can you please try to call me asap.

Updated by gane13579 When I contacted customer support.they are suggesting me to cancel my order if a product is not delivered. Is it the solution for my product not getting delivered. This is really annoying everytime I order anything from Flipkart I face lot of problems.

Sir my mobile no [protected] from yesterday date 28/02/20 my flipkart account showing blocked so i am unable to check my account and this is not good without information how can you close my account plz unblocked my account and give me purmission shopping on flipkart.

I purchased blue star purifier from flipkart on 11 oct 2019 and on 11 feb my product not working properly and making noise continuously and flipkart costumer care make me fool till date 15 feb they dint slove my problem theu always give me 24 hours timiling for contacting me but they didn't help

I ordered a football from Flipkart online shopping, headquarter, bengalore.
Seeing Brand Nike I ordered Nike football.
But unfortunately they sent me a duplicate Nike football,
It was fake Nike football, cost around 1000rs and really a fraud, fake product by Flipkart.
