Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am a plus premium member in flipkart and using that e- commerce for a long time but recent experience had left me disappointed... Few days before, I had ordered some grocery items on flipkart and since I had ordered it at low cost then by tactics of the flipkart and delivery executive the order wasn't delivered to me and while the product got out for delivery I received a call from the delivery executive and he told me that the product can't be delivered to me since the grocery products like the detergent and rice are of heavy weighted and by giving this baseless excuse he cancelled my order from his side... Regarding to that while I connected in Flipkart customer center then I was completely assured that the order will not be cancelled at any cost and would be delivered to me shortly but unfortunately today the order got cancelled from the flipkart's end and even without mine's mutual consent...
I am not able to understand that if something like that would be done so then what would be the benefits of e - commerce and how the brands will develop properly...
Hope that you understand the concern and the needful would be done at the earliest of your convenience and if it wouldn't be so then unwillingly I would have to move to consumer forum...
