I place order on 29 sept 2019, its process on 4th oct 2019 and its get delivered on 7th oct but i received it son 10th when i raise the issue with flipkart. Finally i get package on 10th oct its ok, i feel happy.
Twist comes when installation person come from jeeves (Service provider for flipkart), he open package on 11th oct 2019 he found some parts are missing like glass some fitting assemble are missing, he raise request to his team for part missing.
He come on next day and say we need to send back package and replacement are come in next and he repack the package on 13th oct 2019.
From still date its not pickup by courier and flipkart concern team will not provide help to pickup package or any replacement query.
Already on 23rd oct seller are agree to provide replacement of product, but still flipkart and courier partner not provide any support to i get replacement.
I call every 2day to asking status of my order but still no response from flipkart, jeeves, or seller team. When i call every time he say issue get resolve in next 48 hours. Give new time line with another issue subject line.
From my first communication i want my product replacement as soon as possible.
