Flipkart — Received a wrong product; return rejected multiple times; account blocked.

I ordered Daniel Klein Silver Analog Watch on Flipkart app with order no.: OD[protected]. I received a wrong product as the watch delivered was of black color. I placed a replacement request the same day I received the product using the option wrong product received. I mentioned all the details but to my surprise the request was rejected the next day with the below message:
“We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact.”
I placed the return request again and this time I was asked to share the product images and any of my identification proof to authenticate me. I shared all the images and a copy of my election card as well; but again I got the same message - return cancelled with the same reason as mentioned above. I almost placed the return request 7 times but to no avail. I even contacted the customer care in between and they always asked me to wait for further 2 days and finally one of the customer executive on November 1st asked me to wait for November 4 as my issue will be resolved by then. I haven't used the product till now. :(
The next day, November 2nd my Flipkart account was blocked without any notice. I contacted the customer care again and they told me that due to various return requests places, your account has been blocked but it will be reactivated soon. Two days later, I received a mail that I won't be ever able to login to my Flipkart account.
In nutshell, neither my issue got resolved nor did I get my account back.
Hopefully by registering a complaint, I'll be able to get my product and account back.
