[Resolved]  Flipkart — received defect product!! flipkart failing to replace

I have ordered redmi note 7 pro two weeks back i have got defect piece that speaker and camera, performance issue!! The next day i raised return request customer care asked me to follow few steps i did still im facing the same issue!! I raised replacement request nearly 4 times!! The request is getting cancelled without any proper justication eveey days im spending 30 mins of time to get it resolved from support team!! They are helpless! Every time i raise a return request the next day without any prior info they are rejecting from there side!! I have escalates to the next level its been two weeks still i dint get any proper response and technician has visited my home to check my mobile he clearly mentioned that there is an issue with mobile but still request is rejected from flipkart side!! Im asked to wait all the time after complaining again and again also there is no. Proper response now i have proofs whatever i spoke with customer care and call recordings with technician!! I have posted on twitter but still they are taking it for granted!! I have prrofs of voice recording and return rejection status tmw is the last day to return my mobile now flipkart team has disabled my return request table!!
