I have ordered Asus Chromebook laptop at Flipkart with the orderId# OD[protected] on 27th July 2021. It was delivered on 29th July 2021.
I found that the laptop was freezing and not working properly.
So, I asked for the product exchange. Flipkart arranged a technician visit and the technician clearly noted and given an acknowledgement that there was a hardware issue. The technician visit happened on 8th August 2021 and I am attaching his acknowledgement here. But on 14th August 2021, Flipkart changed the status to ' Technician resolved the issue and the exchange was not allowed '.
I reached the Flipkart support team but they were helpless. Later I brought this to their CEO's notice on his twitter handle ( @_Kalyan_K ).
Then Flipkart's social networking support team called me and enquired about the issue.
On 21st August 2021, they accepted a refund. I am attaching their status here.
On 24th August my product was picked up and the pickup guy acknowledgement is attaching here.
After my pickup was done, now Flipkart changed the status to 'refund rejected' and not giving my money back.
