I have order a black top from vadhani Tex but I didn't liked the quality so I returned, the I received msg on 23 that the refund have initiated by merchant, will be done by 25 th aug, but it's 27 now and there is no update regarding that in my account, Flipkart customer care not even bothered to solve my issue they are always giving me this refund reference no. We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund of Rs. 394/- has been completed on 23 Aug 21, and should be reflecting in your account by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number[protected] using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
