[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund of 1559+499

I had placed an order over Flipkart on 28th September 2019 using Flipkart pay later service. The amount of 2 orders were Rs 1559 and Rs 499. The delivery was to be happened on 3rd of October but I did not get any update from Flipkart for the delivery. There was no update about the product so I called up Flipkart and asked to cancel the products. The products where cancelled on 4th of October. The refund of 1559 +499 should have been credited to Flipkart pay later by then but they couldn't help me with the same. 10th of October is Flipkart pay later bill due date so I had to pay the bill which included my cancelled products (amounting 1559+499) and the Flipkart customer service informed me to pay the due amount and the refund will be done to my debit card through which I paid the pay later bill on 10th. I have been following up with Flipkart every single day since 3rd October till today (15th October) but no resolution has been given. Today they emailed me that the seller has already refunded and its credit. I did not receive any amount from the seller or Flipkart and when I informed them they are giving me weird solution or post dates and asked me to wait for 2 more day etc. Since 4th of October every day they give me a new date of refund and nothing happens. Today when after receiving the email from Flipkart that refund is proceeded and its credit, I called them up and asked how its credited when I have not received any money, they told me "Maam in our system it showing that its processed and credited in your account. I have not received my payment and Flipkart doesn't even bothers to help me. I tired posting my issue over Flipkart Facebook but no one replied its been 22 hours now. I need help on this. My money is a hard owned money and 1559+499 is not a small amount
